Boston College

Living up to its motto Ever to Excel, Boston College has for decades been developing its three campuses into one of the best private colleges in the nation. And during that time, our firm has provided photogrammetric mapping for all three of these properties.

Pictured here is Gasson Hall on the Chestnut Hill, Main Campus, after it underwent a complete façade restoration. We were called in to provide 3D laser scanning and a construction control network around the building.

We then were able to supply both Grande Masonry and Shawmut Design and Construction with the baselines and horizontal and vertical offsets to allow them to place each stone in the correct place as the building was restored.

Boston Children’s Hospital

When Boston Children’s Hospital, the number one pediatric care facility in the country and a long-time Feldman client, needed to plan the movement of and the structural support for an MRI relocation project, we were happy to once again offer our services.

We provided campus wide surveys for master planning; interior surveys for build-outs; topographic and utility surveys for planning and construction; construction layout services and 3D laser scanning so every critical dimension to the project was accurate and accessible.

With over 150,000 radiology exams conducted at Children’s annually, we appreciated the importance of doing a job in which there was simply no room for error.

Bentley University

Bentley University engaged Feldman Land Surveyors to provide photogrammetric base mapping and a boundary survey of their entire Waltham campus.

Since then, we have also provided supplementary topographic and utility surveys to aid in the design of landscape improvements to this quintessential New England campus located just to the west of Boston.

Famous for its educational programs that combine social and ethical awareness with strong business acumen, Bentley University’s relationship with our firm is one that we distinctly value.

Alexandria Center

When Alexandria Real Estate, a world-class leader in the development of high quality, sustainable real estate projects for the life sciences industry, wanted to develop over 1.5 million square feet of space into a vibrant part of Kendall Square in Cambridge, MA, it was Feldman that provided the surveying services.

And with buildings like the new headquarters of Biogen-Idec included in the plans, we were especially proud to be part of this urban renewal project. From ALTA surveys to existing conditions and 3D laser scanning to construction layout, we have for years supplied all of Alexandria’s holdings in Cambridge with the professional service and value their team deserves.
