First brought in to supply smart survey services pertaining to Financing and Land Title information, Feldman was key in helping turn this former brownfield industrial site into a future five-star destination resort, entertainment, and business destination.

At peak construction, the project employed over 4,000 people on site, which meant subcontractors turned to Feldman for layout and construction engineering information. And we were there monitoring the construction of all structures for the life cycle of the entire project.
