15 Necco Street

Boston, MA

When you’re called to work on a high visibility project like 15 Necco Street at Fort Point Channel, smart survey is what you deliver from the very first day on the job. That’s why Feldman began gathering data at the old Boston wharf property to facilitate the creation of permitting and design documents that would allow the incorporation of two historic warehouse buildings and a new 300,000 SF life science/office building.

On what used to be an unused parcel of land, a LEED Gold building will be home to some of the world’s most innovative life science firms. That’s why it’s our distinct honor that when Alexandria Real Estate Equities and National Development needed a geospatial firm for the life cycle of this project, it was Feldman who answered the call.
